综合护理干预在皮肤激光美容治疗中的应用效果
Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cosmetic skin laser

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cos-metic skin laser. Methods 96 patients underwent laser cosmetic operation in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The anxiety score,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the score of patient satisfaction,the rate of relapse half year in two groups was compared respectively. Results The anxiety score in two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group after nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of patient satisfaction in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group after nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction and the rate of relapse half year in the control group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The appli-cation effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cosmetic skin laser is significant,which can ef-fectively relieve the anxiety,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction and relapse rate,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.关键词
