Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of X-ray plaln film and spiral computerized tomography (CT) in spinal fractures and provide certaln basis for further treatment. Methods 120 patients with spinal fractures in our hos-pital from May 2013 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random.In the experimental group,X-ray plaln film and spiral CT were both applied for diagnosis,while in the control group,only spiral CT was used.The diagnosis was observed in the two groups after surgeries. Results Diagnostic rate in the experimental group was 98.3%,higher than 83.3% in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).In the experimental group,the number of cases diagnosed as hematoma in vertebral body,fracture of vertebral plate,and fractural pieces protruding into spinal canal was 30,20,and 9 respectively,misdiagnosis rate was 1.7%;while in the control group,that was 25,15,and 10 in turn,misdiagnosis rate was 16.7%.Misdiagnosis rate between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of X-ray plaln film and spiral CT for diagnosis can accurately diagnose spinal fractures.The diagnostic accuracy is higher if in combination,which is of great clinical importance and is worthy of application and promotion.关键词
