Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of children with Henoch-Sch.nlein purpura (HSP). Methods 30 children with HSP in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group were given with conventional treat-ment,30 cases in treatment group were given with compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of control group.Disappeared time of skin rash,gastrointestinal symptom,joint paln and clinical curative effect were observed after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment,disappeared time of skin rashe,gastrointestinal symptom,joint paln in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group respectively,with significant difference (P<0.05).25 cases (83.33%) were cured,effective in 4 cases (13.33%),invalid in 1 case (3.33%),the total effective rate was 96.67%,effect of 1-7 weeks in treatment group.18 cases(60.00%) were cured,effective in 6 cases(20.00%),invalid in 6 cases(20.00%),the total effective rate was 80.00%,effect of 2-8 weeks in control group.The total effective rate between two groups had signifi-cant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of children with HSP can significantly im-prove clinical symptom,improve efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and complication.关键词
