抗肝纤方对早期肝硬化门脉高压症患者血流动力学的影响
Influence of anti-hepato-fibrosis prescription on hemodynamics in pa-tients with early-stage liver cirrhosis complicated with portal hyperten-sion

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of anti-hepato-fibrosis prescription on hemodynamics in patients with early-stage liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension. Methods From January 2013 to May 2014,sixty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were evenly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.In the treatment group,anti-hepato-fibrosis prescription was used,while in the control group,propranolole hydrochloride combining with Dahuang Zhechong Capsule was adopted.Change of indexes including diameter of portal vein (DPV),diameter of splenic vein (DSV),spleen venous flow (SVF),portal venous flow (PVF),and hepatic fibrosis before and after treatment were ob-served. Results After treatment,value of HA,PCⅢ,LN,and CⅣ in serum were decreased in both groups,but didn’t dis-play significant difference between two groups.Value of DPV,DSV,and PVF in the two groups were decreased,and value of SVF in the treatment group was significantly decreased (P<0.01).There were statistical differences in values of DSV, PVF,and SVF between two groups after therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-hepato-fibrosis prescription can effectively alleviate hepatic fibrosis,and also improve hemodynamics in patients with early-stage liver cirrhosis and portal hyper-tension,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
