Health management of fat metabolism related disease in teaching and ad-ministrative staff from colleges and universities

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of health management on teaching and administrative staff with fat metabolism related diseases like hyperlipemia and fatty liver. Methods Two hundred and ten staff diagnosed as hyper-lipemia and fatty liver for 2 consecutive years during physical examination ranging from 2012 to 2013 were selected, and they were given health management after risk evaluation.After 1 year,physical examination was applied after one year and the outcomes were analyzed. Results In regard to patients with hyperlipemia,blood lipid returned to normal in 44 patients and were decreased in 73 participants,and the effective rate was 87.31%.For patients with fatty liver,there were 53 patients testified as cure and 75 patients with improvement,and the effective rate of 85.33%.After health man-agement,proportion of high fat intake,lack of physical exercise,and excessive drinking remarkably decreased in patients, which displayed statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective rate can reach over 75% after implementing health management targeting on these teaching and administrative staff with hyperlipemia and fatty liver,which indicates that long-term health management in teaching and administrative staff from colleges and universities is beneficial to promoting their body health.关键词
