Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in teaching of pediatric nursing in-ternship. Methods 60 nursing internship in pediatric department of our hospital from January 2013 to December were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was taught according to traditional clinical nursing internship teaching mode,the experimental group was taught by the clinical nursing pathway internship teaching mode.The final exam achievement and the teaching satisfaction de-gree in two groups was compared. Results The final exam achievement and the teaching satisfaction degree in the ex-perimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The appli-cation effect of clinical nursing pathway in teaching of pediatric nursing internship is significant,which can improve mastery nursing internship’s pediatric nursing knowledge and the teaching satisfaction degree.关键词
