Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation efficacy influence of early nursing on patient with hemiplegia after severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 hemiplegia patients after severe craniocerebral injury from June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given early-rehabilitation nursing intervention,the control group was given regu-lar functional exercise.The score of activity of dally living (ADL) and improvement condition of myodynamia in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of ADL at 1,6 weeks after rehabilitation exercises in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of myodynamia in grade Ⅲ or higher level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patient with hemiplegia after severe craniocerebral injury is significant,which can improve activity of dally living and myodynamia function,it is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
