针对性护理对功能性消化不良伴发抑郁症患者睡眠质量的影响
Sleep quality influence of targeted nursing on functional dyspepsia patient accompanying with depressive disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of targeted nursing on sleep quality in functional dyspepsia patient ac-companying with depressive disorder. Methods 56 functional dyspepsia patients with depressive disorder in our hospi-tal from August 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the research group,targeted nursing was given.56 functional dys-pepsia patients with depressive disorder in our hospital from March 2014 to October were selected as the control group, conventional nursing was given.Change scope of depressive symptom and sleep quality in two groups was compared. Results The scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) at 4 and 8 weeks after admission in two groups was lower than that in the day admitted into the hospital,with significant difference (P<0.05).The scores of SDS and PSQI at 4 and 8 weeks after admission in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing measure can remarkably alleviate de-pressive symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients accompanying with depressive disorders,improve sleep quality,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
