Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in patient with laryngocarcinoma operation. Methods 68 cases with laryngocarcinoma from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and ran-domly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.The observation group was given humanistic care,the control group was given regular medical nursing.The incidence rate of adverse psychological state and the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse psychological state in the observation group was 20.58%,which was lower than 52.94% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.11%,which was higher than 61.76% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of humanistic care in the operation of laryngocarcinoma is significant,which can effectively decrease patient’s adverse mental status like anxiety and de-pression,improve patient’s nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
