摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system of team nursing in diabetic nursing. Methods 70 cases with diabetics in our hospital from August 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given responsibility system of team nursing.The score of health knowledge,blood glu-cose level before and after nursing,quality of life in two groups was compared. Results The score of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of HbA1c,FBG,2 h PG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of quality of life such as health feeling,somatic sensation and sleep state in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Responsibility system of team nursing can offer the nursing time for patients,enhance nursing quality in diabetics,and improve the effect of blood glu-cose control and quality of life.关键词
