冠状动脉钙化积分对PCI患者临床预后预测价值的研究
Research of prognostic value of coronary artery calcification sore with PCI patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate predictive value of coronary calcium score (CCS) on clinical prognosis of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods Data of 132 patients with PCI in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were analyzed.Preoperative 256 layer spiral CT scanning was used in all patients.CCS was computed by in-telligent software system.Postoperative follow-up of patients,with and without death,recurrence of angina pectoris,my-ocardial infarction and other cardiovascular adverse events were recorded.Coronary angiography results,the presence of stent restenosis were reviewed. Results Lesion vascular segment of CCS>400 group was significantly higher than that of CCS≤100 group and 100<CCS≤400 group respectively (P<0.01).Coronary artery stenosis of 70%-99%,100%in CCS>400 group was significantly higher than that of other two groups respectively (P<0.05 or P<0.01).PCI postoperative fol-low-up,incidence rate of MACE event in CCS>400 group was higher than that of other two groups respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion The higher the level of CCS the more serious the coronary artery lesion,multiple team and bifurcation le-sion proportion is significantly increased,incidence rate of MACE event after PCI is significantly increased.It is a pow-erful predictive factor of prognosis after PCI.关键词
