Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of posterior spinal osteotomy orthormorphia in treatment of kypho-sis. Methods 35 patients with kyphosis treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected as obser-vation group,and they were treated with posterior spinal osteotomy orthormorphia.35 patients at the same period were selected as control group,and they were treated with the spinal front osteotomy.The operation situation,hospital stay,cor-rection situation,occurrence of complication and the life quality of patients in two groups were observed. Results There were no statistical difference of surgery time,the blood volume during surgery and hospital stay between two groups (P>0.05).The correction angule,growth in stature,and sagittal migration after operation in observation group were evidently better than those in control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of complication in observation group was evidently low-er than that in control group (P<0.05).The life quality after surgery in observation group was evidently higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of posterior spinal osteotomy orthormorphia in treatment of kyphosis is significant,which has high correction rate and safety and it can improve the life quality of patients and prog-nosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
