椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of balloon dilation percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) and percuta-neous vertebroplasty (PVP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). Methods From March 2012 to February 2014,105 patients with OVCF admitted into our hospital and performed with vertebral plasty were selected and divided into two groups:group A (PKP group,n=48) and group B (PVP group,n=57).The operation time, amount of bone cement injection,VAS score before and after operation,vertebral kyphosis angle, vertebral height be-tween two groups were compared. Results All participants were followed-up for 6 months,VAS score after 1 day and 6 months surgery in two groups displayed statistical difference in comparison with those before surgery (P<0.05).Vertebral kyphosis angle in group A and B after surgery was (9.5±5.0) o and (12.2±3.5) o respectively,and there was a statistical difference compared with before surgery (P<0.01),vertebral height in group A and B after surgery was (2.04±0.41) and (1.32±0.26) cm respectively,which had statistical difference compared with those before surgery (P<0.01).The improve-ment degree of vertebral kyphosis angle and recovery degree of vertebral height in group A was more obvious compared with group B (P<0.01). Conclusion PKP and PVP can effectively alleviate pain in patients with OVCF and improve clinical symptom and life quality of patients,but PKP get some remarkable superiorities on correction of kyphosis and recovery of compressed vertebral height,which has certain research and application value in clinic.关键词
