Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of uterine parceled suture in high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia in pregnant women. Methods Clinical data from 120 pregnant women with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia in our obstetrical department from March 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.60 patients by conventional treatment during cesarean section was classified into control group, while another group of 60 pregnant women provided with uterine parceled suture was categorized into research group.Bleeding and blood transfusion during perioperative period, and occurrence of postoperative adverse complications between two groups were compared. Results With regard to bleeding, amount of bleeding during cesarean section in pregnant women in research group was less than that in control group(P<0.01).The average amount of bleeding 2 h,12 h, and 24 h after delivery in research group was less than that of control group respectively (P<0.01).With regard to blood transfusion, blood transfusion percentage during perioperative period in research group was 18.33%,while in control group,it was 51.67%,with statistical difference(P<0.01).The average amount of blood transfusion in pregnant women dur-ing perioperative period in the research group was(264.3±46.9) ml and in control group was (347.0±51.6) ml,with statis-tical difference(P<0.01).On talking postoperative complications, incidences of postoperative puerperal infection, mild is-chemic necrosis of uterine, and secondary anemia in research group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For pregnant women in high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia, uterine parceled suture during cesarean section can reduce bleeding during and after delivery and have few complications, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
