复发性流产妊娠结局的相关因素分析
The related factors analysis of pregnancy outcome for recurrent sponta-neous abortion

Abstract
Objective To study the related factors of pregnancy outcome For recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods Clinical data of 120 cases with RSA pregnancy treated in our station and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from March 2012 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Related factors of preg-nancy outcome for RSA were statistically analyzed. Results 27 cases with pregnancy failure in 120 patients with RSA and the failure rate was 22.50%.Age,gestational age when seeing a doctor,HOMA-IR ,nursing one’s health before preg-nancy,the number of abortion >3 times,endocrine abnormality,positive antisperm antibody and positive anticardiolipin antibody and so on had significant impact on pregnancy outcome (P<0.05),while age,gestational age when seeing a doc-tor, positive anticardiolipin antibody were the independent risk factors for failure of pregnancy outcome (P<0.05). Con-clusion Controlling ?related factors of pregnancy outcome for RSA,especially the independent risk factors for failure of pregnancy outcome can effectively reduce the failure rate of pregnancy outcome.关键词
