Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with three step mas-sage method treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and dialectical nursing method. Methods 100 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and studied, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,and there were 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,while study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with three step massage method and dialectical nursing.Improvement of symptom and nursing satisfaction were com-pared between two groups. Results Symptom score between two groups had no statistical difference before treatment (P>0.05),symptom score was increased in two groups after treatment,and study group was higher than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing in study group was 96.00%, while it was 74.00% in control group,and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditioal Chinese medicine fumigation combined with three step massage method treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has good clinical effect,while targeted dialectical nursing has a significant role for the improvement of pa-tients’condition.关键词
