全面护理在颈3以上颈椎骨折脱位患者中的应用效果
Application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with cervical fracture and dislocation of C3

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with cervical fracture and dislocation of C3. Methods 60 patients with cervical fracture and dislocation of C3 in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. All patients were given the treatment of Halo-vest.The control group was given conventional nursing,the obser-vation group was given comprehensive nursing.The incidence rate of recent complication and prognosis in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of recent complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were able to sit up after fixation, and spinal cord injury improved in different degrees,there were bone healing and no complication of infection,dysphagia and nerve injury.During early stages,3 patients with screw loosening were given repeated fixation,2 patients with back pressure sores were given dressing-changing and intense nursing,and 2 patients with abdominal distention were given improvement of diet,the disease conditions was improved.The patients in the control group were able to sit up after fix-ation,and the bone healing was favorable.During the follow-up,there were 2 patients with dysphagia,which was induced by inappropriate nursing after surgery,and the symptoms improved significantly by given dexamethasone.During early stages,5 patients with screw loosening,1 patient with screw entering point infection,4 patients with back pressure sores,3 patients with abdominal distention and 1 patient with nerve injury were all managed effectively. Conclusion The appli-cation effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with cervical fracture and dislocation of C3 is significant,which can reduce the incidence rate of complication,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
