Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of specialty health education in patient of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. Methods 47 cases of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (24 cases) and the experimental group (23 cases).The control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given specialty health educa-tion on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of complication,the degree of pain after operation,the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results All patients were punctured successfully,the inci-dence rate of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of severe pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with sig-nificant difference (P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was95.65%,which was higher than 70.83% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of specialty health education in patient of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy is significant,which can reduce the inci-dence rate of complication,ease the degree of pain,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.关键词
