摘要
Abstract
Traumatic craniocerebral injury prones to coagulant function abnormality,and then the progress of hemor-rhagic brain injury is closely related to the prognosis of patients with brain injury,the progress of the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic brain injury is relatively complex,mainly including tissue factor release,fibrinolytic system goes,platelet function,C-reactive protein,blood dilution effect,inflammation,metabolic acidosis,hypothermia,this paper has reviewed the development mechanism of hemorrhagic brain injury occured after traumatic brain injury.关键词
