摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the difference of three dimensional dosimetry for hree dimensional conformal radio-therapy, simplified intensity-modulated technique and intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy in postoperative ra-diotherapy of rectal carcinoma. Methods 342 patients without contraindication of radiotherapy who received radiothera-py after rectal carcinoma operation in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were selected.They were given three different schemes of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy and intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy respectively.Mean dosage in target region,conformal index in target region, and dose heterogeneity index and machine unit (MU) of segment of three kinds of radiotherapy plan was compared re-spectively. Results As for mean dosage in target region, dosage of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was higher than that of simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy and intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy and intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy (P>0.05).As for conformal index in target region,index of three dimen-sional conformal radiotherapy was the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no sta-tistical difference between simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy and intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy (P>0.05).As for dose heterogeneity index,index of intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy was the highest,and the index of simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy was the lowest and there was a statistical difference among three kinds of method (P<0.05).As for MU of segment,intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy,and the differ-ences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between three dimen-sional conformal radiotherapy and simplified intensity-modulated radiotherapy (P>0.05). Conclusion Among three schemes of radiotherapy,cost performance of simplified intensity-modulated technique is the best,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
