Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different methods under hysteroscope in the treatment of en-dometrial polyps induced infertility. Methods Clinical data of 73 patients who visited our hospital from January 2012 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and studied.they were taken under hysteroscope cutting operation and curettage two different surgical methods in the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps infertility.The average operation time,bleeding amount and hospitalization days between two kinds of operations was compared respectively.The clinical effect and the amount of menstruation after the operation was analyzed respectively.Recurrence rate and complications of the patients was statisticed respectively. Results Operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization days in transurethral resection group was compared with curettage group,with no statistical differenc(P>0.05).The total effective rate of transurethral resection group was 94.87%,curettage group was 79.41%,with statistical differenc (χ²=4.017,P=0.045). Patient' s menstrual between two groups before treatment had decreased, and transurethral resection group was significantly greater than that in curettage group,with statistical differenc (P<0.05).In transurethral resection group,the recurrence rate was 2.56%,pregnancy rate of 64.18%,while the recurrence rate was 26.47%,52.94% pregnancy rate in curettage group,transurethral resection of the recurrence rate was significantly lower than curettage group,and the preg-nancy rate was greater than that in curettage group,with statistical differenc (P<0.05).No complications such as bleeding or infection occurred between two groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopic electric resection surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyps in infertility is significant,compared with curettage,which has low recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
