Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of ganglioside sodium on the prognosis of neurological function for mid-dle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 43 patients with cerebral apoplexy in the department of neurology in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the control group,which was given regular com-prehensive therapy.43 patients with cerebral apoplexy in the department of neurology in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research group,which was given ganglioside sodium on the basis of the control group. Hemodynamic index,oxidative stress status and the score of deficiency of neurological function before and after treat-ment in two groups was compared. Results The score of deficiency of neurological function at 15,30 and 60 days after treatment in the research group were lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the research group was 90.7%,which was higher than 62.8% in the control group,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ganglioside sodium combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy in middle-aged and elderly patient is significant,which can promote the recovery of neu-rological function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
