间苯三酚联合缩宫素预防过期妊娠的临床研究
Clinical study of phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin in prevention of post-term pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin in prevention of prolonged pregnancy. Methods 200 pregnant women whose pregnancy durations ranged from 41 to 41+6 weeks still without sign of delivery from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin for expediting child delivery, the observation group was given phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin for expediting child delivery.The labor time,the success rate of odinopoeia,cesarean section rate,amount of bleeding two hours after delivery in two groups was com-pared. Results The first and second labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The success rate of odinopoeia in the observation group was 97%,which was higher than 87%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence rate of cervical laceration,cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no ad-verse drug reaction in two groups. Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin is safe and effective,without obvi-ous adverse reactions,which is an ideal medication for planned delivery,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
