化疗联合中药治疗在结直肠癌术后的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs treatment after col-orectal cancer surgery. Methods From Septemper 2012 to Septemper 2014,60 patients undergone colorectal cancer surgery were evenly divided into two groups,Chinese medicinal group (combination of FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen combined with Chinese herbs) and control group (only FOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen).The curative effect of TCM syndrome,TCM symptom score,adverse reaction,serum carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) and T cell subset between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in Chinese medicinal group and control group was 70.00%and 26.67%respectively,and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The TCM symptom score in two groups after treatment was (8.36±3.81) points and (15.40±4.90) points,and there was a sta-tistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).Comparision of adverse reaction between two groups:RBC,PLT level after treatment in Chinese medicinal group was obviously higher than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);ALT,AST lev-el after treatment in Chinese medicinal group was obviously lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);there was a statistical difference of gastrointestinal toxicity and neurotoxicity response between two groups (P<0.05).CD4+was obviously increased while CD8+was obviously decreased after treatment in Chinese medicinal group compared with con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion After colorectal cancer surgery,chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs can effec-tively improve adverse reaction induded by chemotherapy (myelosuppression,gastrointestinal toxicity and neurotoxicity response) and immunity.关键词
