Application effect of PDCA cycle management approach on continuously improving the quality of hospital prescription
目的：探讨PDCA循环管理方法在持续改进医院处方质量中的应用效果。方法通过计划、实施、检查、制订巩固措施、总结和下一步打算(介于两循环之间)等5个阶段对本院2011年1月~2013年12月的门诊处方进行持续性监控及改进。结果2011~2013年本院的处方合格率由68.9%上升到98.5%，门诊抗菌药物使用率由58%下降到24%。结论 PDCA循环法有效解决以往工作中制度与落实脱节、执行与监督脱节，形成了一套完整的、循环往复的质量监控体系，其在本院…查看全部>>
