摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of positive mental health (PMH) knowledge training for new nurse. Meth-ods 26 new nurses in our hospital from July to September 2014 were selected and given PMH knowledge training.Hap-py enterprising individual questionnaire (HEIQ) and nursing students professional identity questionnaire (NSPIQ) was used to evaluate training effect before and after training. Results Before training,the total score of HEIQ and NSPIQ in new nurses was (3.48±0.41) and (101.43±12.85) points respectively,while it was (4.21±0.58) and (127.05±15.16) points respectively after training,and there was a statistical difference for the comparision of before and after training (t=5.24 and 6.57,P<0.01). Conclusion Positive mental health knowledge training for new nurse can improve professional identi-ty sense of nurses.
