Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 94 patients with bronchial asthma in internal medicine department of our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing method,the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The score of symptomatic,frequency of attack in asthma,sleeping qual-ity in two groups before and after intervention was compared. Results The score of panting,cough and expectoration in two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of panting,cough and expectoration in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of attack frequency in asthma and sleeping quality in two groups after inter-vention was lower than that before intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of attack frequency in asthma and sleeping quality in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing can obviously improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma,reduce the attack frequency of asthma,and im-prove sleeping quality,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
