Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing and colostomy nursing in patients with colostomy after rectal cancer operation. Methods 36 patients with colostomy after rectal cancer operation in our hospi-tal from October 2011 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,18 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management such as medicine taking as doc-tors’suggestions,disease observation,oral health publicity,answering the patients’questions and so on.The study group was strengthened the psychological nursing and colostomy nursing on the basis of the control group.The hospital stays, the incidence rate of defecation discomfort and regular defecation,tha incidence rate of adverse reaction,the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The hospital stays in the study group was (14.68±1.52) d,which was shorter than (22.63±1.93) d in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of defecation discomfort in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of regular defecation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the study group was 5.56%,which was lower than 33.33% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than 66.67% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing and colostomy nursing in patients with colostomy after rectal cancer opera-tion is significant,which can improve the defecation situation of patient,decrease the incidence rate of adverse reaction and improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.关键词
