Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the ability of daily life in pa-tient with traumatic brain injury in recovery phase. Methods 126 patients with traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,the score of Barthel and Harris in two groups was compared. Re-sults The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.7%,which was higher than 77.8%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of Barthel and Harris in two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of Barthel and Harris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can pro-mote the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral trauma and improve the ability of daily life.关键词
