护理干预对131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with hyperthyroidism treated by 131I. Methods 200 cases with hyperthyroidism treated by 131I from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,100 cases in each group.The con-trou group was given conventional nursing,the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The level of FT3,FT4,TSH and the change of thyroid weight before and after intervention in two groups was observed,the score of health knowledge mastery and the cognitive behavior change,the score of life quality before and after intervention in two groups was compared. Results The level of FT3,FT4 and thyroid weight in the intervention group after intervention was lower than that in the control group after intervention,the level of TSH in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of health knowledge mastery and the cognitive behavior change in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of life quality in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of patients with hyperthy-roidism treated by 131I,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
