Expression and application values of immunohistochemical indexes in breast cancer tissue
目的：探讨免疫组化指标Ki67、VEGF、p53与C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达与意义。方法将本院2012年4月~2014年4月收治的70例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，术后取病理组织，采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织中Ki67、VEGF、p53与C-erbB-2的表达水平，分析其与乳腺癌病理因素的相关性。结果Ki67在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率最高(75.71%)，其次为C-erbB-2(67.14%)；腺癌组织Ki67表达水平与乳腺癌患者肿瘤分期有显…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of immunohistochemical indexes including Ki67, VEGF,p53 and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissue.
