Brief discussion of reason and prevention measure of nurse-patient dis-pute
摘要
Abstract
The main reason of nurse patient dispute is lack of legal consciousness,weak responsibility,lack of business ability of nursing staff,and too higher patient and family expectation value,the nurse patient communication barrier,in-adequate nursing service and so on.Hospitals should propose preventive measures,and changing idea,strengthening safe-ty education,the legal consciousness and functions management,and improve the quality of nurse,strengthen nurse-pa-tient communication is the key to prevent nurse-patient dispute.关键词
