摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of two kinds of nursing round (three level nursing round and case nursing round) in core competence training for nurse in department of respiration to effectively improve compe-tence training of nurse. Methods 22 nurses were selected as research objects,from January to December 2012 was se-lected as before training group while from January to December 2012 was selected as after training group.Before train-ing group was given the traditional nursing round while after training group was given two kinds of nursing round.Theo-retical assessment was conducted and clinical comprehensive ability was evaluated in nurses before and after training. Assessment and evaluation results btween two groups was compared respectively. Results After two kinds of nursing round,the specialist knowledge,clinical comprehensive ability and nursing quality of nurses was significantly higher than that of before training (P<0.05).The nurse’s mastery rate of the special core technology of respiratory nursing was signif-icantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of nursing round can improve the core competence of nurses in de-partment of respiration.关键词
