健康教育在高血压预防和治疗中的应用价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of health education in the prevention and treatment of hyperten-sion in community. Methods 200 middle-aged and old residents from October 2011 to October 2013 in our community were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group.The con-trol group was not given any intervention,the observation group was given health knowledge education on hypertension. The accumulative interventions lasted 6 months.The awareness rate of hypertension prevention and treatment knowl-edge,the changes of behavioral model of hypertension prevention and treatment in two groups was compared. Results The total awareness rate in the observation group was 96.0%,which was higher than 60.0% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of following physician’s advice,monitoring blood pressure at regular in-tervals,fitting exercise,balanced diet in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of hypertension in community, health education inter-vention not only can improve awareness rate of knowledge on hypertension by local residents and prompts healthy liv-ing and behavioral habits,but also decrease the morbidity of hypertension in community and optimizes patient’s quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
