摘要
Abstract
Targeting on the present situation and characteristics of undergraduate education in medical colleges,the paper analyzed the important role and significance of hidden curriculum construction in medical undergraduate educa-tion by questionnaires investigating and expert seminars and other research methods.Combined with the essential re-quirements in global medical education,the feasible programs of developing and constructing hidden curriculum system are discussed from 7 fields including professional values,attitudes,behavior and ethics,basic medical science,communi-cation skills,clinical skills,group health and health systems,information management,and critical thinking and research. In addition,from the teaching plan,management network,continuous improvement,appraisal reform and so on puts for-ward the recessive curriculum system to carry on the suggestion and opinion.关键词
