Abstract
Objective To improve the training quality for medical students under clinical internship in our hospital,for-mulate scientific and appropriate target system of clinical technique training which meets the needs of internship for medical students,and to explore the feasibility of the promotion and application of the system. Methods 50 medical students who were enrolled in our hospital for internship from July 2013 to July 2014 were randomly selected as reform group.Training and assessment were carried out according to the target system of clinical technique training, and their assessment results were compared with those of 50 students (control group)who received regular training from July 2011 to July 2013. Results The assessment results of the reform group were significantly improved compared with the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The target system of clinical technique training for medical stu-dents focuses on individualized training for medical students,is more comprehensive than regular training mode,and has significant advantages,which should be further promoted to all departments of the hospital.关键词
