Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of application comprehensive nursing intervention for post-partum hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected for the clinical study.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group was treated with routine nursing inter-vention.The clinical nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results After the comprehensive nursing inter-vention,there were significant difference of the bleeding time and the amout of bleeding between two groups;Satisfaction (96%) in treatment group was significantly higher than 92% of control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Con-clusion Comprehensive clinical nursing care has good curative effect for the patients,which can effectively shorten the time of postpartum hemorrhage and the amount of bleeding,it is necessary to be popularized in clinical.关键词
