Abstract
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive comfortable nursing on patients in department of hep-atobiliary surgery during perioperative period. Methods 387 patients accepted hepatobiliary surgeries in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random,with 189 cas-es in each group.Patients in observation group were provided with comprehensive comfortable nursing,while in control group, regular nursing was applied.The postoperative condition between two groups was observed respectively. Results The correlation index,SDS score,SAS score,quality of life in observation group was improved compared with control group respec-tively. Conclusion Comprehensive comfortable nursing plays a good assistant role in department of hepatobiliary surgery during perioperative period,and greatly improves patient’s quality of life which is beneficial to postoperative recovery.关键词
