Effect observation of rh-aFGF continuous irrigation combined with suc-tion drainage in the treatment of skin ulcers

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) con-tinuous irrigation combined with suction drainage in the treatment of skin ulcers. Methods 120 patients with skin ul-cers treated in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group,60 cases in each group,rh-aFGF continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage was taken to observation group,saline continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage was taken to con-trol group.The clinical efficacy,rate of wound healing and healing time between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.00%,higher than 75.00% of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Wound healing rate of experimental group was(60.87±20.35)%,higher than(28.69±11.43)% of control group;The wound healing time of experimental group was(38.75±12.41) d,shorter than(65.82±13.79) d of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion rh-aFGF continuous irrigation combined with suction drainage in the treatment of skin ulcers has significant effect,can accelerate ulcer healing, increase the rate of wound healing.关键词
