支气管镜下冷冻联合球囊扩张治疗支气管结核性气道狭窄的观察
Cryosurgery under bronchoscope combined with balloon dilatation in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis airway stenosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of cryosurgery under bronchoscope combined with balloon dilatation in the treatment of bronchial tuberculosis airway stenosis. Methods Clinical data from 28 patients with bronchial tuberculosis airway stenosis admitted into department of respiratory medicine in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were collected.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In control group,only balloon dilatation was used,while in treatment group,cryosurgery under bronchoscope combined with balloon dilatation was ap-plied.The frequency of dilatation between two groups was compared. Results The average time of dilatation in control group was(4.92±0.79)and(2.69±0.95)in treatment group.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of compli-cations between two groups. Conclusion Combination of cryosurgery and balloon dilatation is safe and effective on treating tuberculosis airway stenosis.关键词
