糖尿病与血清甲状腺激素水平变化的关系探究

Abstract
Objective To explore the relations between diabetes mellitus and changes of serum thyroxine and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels. Methods 120 diabetic patients admitted into our hospital from January 2013 to Jan-uary 2014 were selected.At the same time,control group of 120 age and sex-matched people whose sugar tolerance was normal was selected.The levels of serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine (FT4),and TSH between two groups was determined respectively. Results The mean values of FT3 in control group and diabetic group were (4.94±1.72) pmol/L and (4.13±1.44) pmol/L.The average values of FT4 were (14.33±3.13) pmol/L and (14.27±4.32) pmol/L in control group and diabetic group.The average values of TSH in control group and diabetic group were (2.72±1.44) mIU/L and (2.81±1.36)mIU/L.There was a statistical difference in FT3 levels between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the detection of thyroid function indexes in order to diagnose and prevent asymptomatic thyroid dysfunction in diabetic patients at an early stage.关键词
