腹腔镜手术和开腹分期手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的效果对比
Effect comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open staging surgery in the treatment of early endometrial cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect,merits and faults of laparoscopic surgery and open staging surgery in the treatment of early endometrial cancer. Methods 68 patients with early endometrial cancer treated in our hospital from May 2012 to September 2013 were selected as research object.37 patients were accepted laparoscopic surgery, which was named as research group.31 patients were accepted open staging surgery,which was chosen as control group. The clinical effect and occurrence of complications in two groups was compared. Results There was no statistical dif-ference of surgical time,number of cleaning lymph nodes during surgery (P>0.05).Operation blood loss and drainage of research group was significantly less than that of control group,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of research group was significantly shorter than that of control group,rate of fever after surgery of research group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was significant between two groups (P<0.05).There was no statistical differ-ence of postoperative complication rate between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for early endometrial cancer had better clinical results,but laparoscopic surgery had little operative wound and quick recovery,and is hopeful in replacement of traditional laparotomy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
