Application effect of iris hook combined with capsular tension ring in crystalline lens subluxation phacoemulsification
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of iris hook combined with capsular tension ring (CTR) in crys-talline lens subluxation phacoemulsification. Methods 60 cataract patients with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with iris hook combined with CTR,then pha-coemulsification and artificial crystalline lens intracapsular implantation were applied.The control group was given rou-tine cataract phacoemulsification.The visual recovery condition and the incidence of complication in two groups was compared. Results The visual inprovement condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was 26.67%,which was lower than 53.3% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of iris hook and CTR in the treatment of cataract with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation is significant,which can get a better recov-ery after the surgery,and the complication is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
