2014年我院细菌耐药性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the change of bacterial distribution and resistance in our hospital from January to De-cember in 2014, and provide reference basis for clinical rational using of antibiotics. Methods Clinical pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance in 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by statistical analysis of WHONET5.6 software. Results There were 1698 strains of pathogens isolated in full-year, of which Gram-negative bacilli was 64.9%,non-fermenting bacteria was 8.8%, and Gram-positive cocci was 26.3%.Enterobacteriaceae common-ly seen as escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella oxytocahad lower resistance rates to piperacillin tazobactam,cefoperazone sulbactam,and carbapenem.Pseudomonas aeruginosa of non-fermenting bacterium had lower resistance to piperacillin tazobactam and third generation cephalosporins.Acinetobacter baumannii had a higher resis-tance to most antibacterial agents.Staphylococcus and Enterococcus resisting on vancomycin was not detected. Con-clusion Monitoring results play positive meanings in proper and rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic and de-crease of bacterial resistance.关键词
