Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of folic acid combined with muoluodan in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 424 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis from June 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,212 cases in each group.The control group was given regular treatment of western medicine,the observation group was given folic acid combined with muolu-odan on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.10%,which was higher than 82.08%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of clinical symptoms and gastroscope in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of clinical symptoms and gastroscope in the observation group after treat-ment was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of folic acid combined with muoluodan in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is significant,which can effectively reduce patients’clinical symptom and alleviate inflammatory reaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
