Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 104 patients with reflux esophagitis from January 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given regular treatment of western medicine,the observation group was given Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction on the basis of the control group.Gastroscopic score,symptom score,clinical curative effect after treatment and half-year relapse rate in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results Gastroscopic score and symptoms score in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.01).Gastroscopic score and symptoms score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment, with significant difference (P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 65.38% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The relapse rate in the observation group was 9.62%, which was lower than 48.08% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is significant,which can reduce gastroscopic score and symptom score,and the relapse rate is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
