我院口腔科急诊病例的调查研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of emergency cases in department of stomatology in our hospital. Methods The disease category,etiology,and therapeutic method of 2495 emergency cases admitted into department of stomatology in Houjie hospital of Dongguan city from October 2012 to October 2014 were summarized and analyzed. Results Trauma of oromaxillo-facial region was most frequently occurred among composition of these emergency cases accounting for 46.7%,of which soft tissue damage took the majority.The second place was inflammation of maxillofacial region accounting for 41.9%,of which pericoronitis,periapical periodontitis,and pulpitis were the main types.Soft tissue injury was frequently occurred in the trauma of maxillofacial region and proportion of traffic injury was swiftly in-creased accounting for 57.2%among trauma of maxillofacial region. Conclusion There are many kinds of emergency dis-eases in department of stomatology.Trauma of maxillofacial region tops the first followed by inflammation of maxillofa-cial region and hemorrhage,which requires that emergency physicians not only master the professional knowledge and skills of their own majors,but should grasp first-aid knowledge and skills.关键词
