Abstract
Objective To evaluate the change and effect of preventive antibiotics for cesarean section before and after specific rectification of antibiotics. Methods Retrospective analysis was applied.Filed medical records in our hospital were randomly selected,analyzed and studied according to the clinical application guidance principle for antibiotics.600 medical records before the specific rectification of antibiotics from January to April 2011 and medical records after the specific rectification of antibiotics in the same period in 2012 were compared.Selection of antibiotics,opportunity for drug use,course of drug and drug combination were compared. Results After the specific rectification,all selected an-tibiotics were non-restricted antibiotics;the drug combination rate reduced from 10.00% to 0.67%;use rate after break-ing the umbilical cord for administration time of preventive antibiotics for cesarean section improved to 92.83%;24-hour drug of withdrawal rate increased from 1.17% to 39.83%. Conclusion The specific rectification of antibiotics is significantly effective,and clinical drug use should be further standardized.关键词
