Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of prescription comment system on promoting rational drug usage of an-tibacterial agents in outpatient clinics in our hospital. Methods From April to June in 2013,17 183 prescriptions of an-tibacterial agents used in outpatient clinics in our hospital were selected as research data before intervention.According to relevant regulations,prescriptions were reviewed and the corresponding intervention measures were provided based on existed problems.Meanwhile,10 958 prescriptions from April to June in 2014 were also selected as research data after intervention,these prescriptions were also reviewed.The outcomes were statistically analyzed. Results After intervention, usage rate of antibacterial agents decreased compared with that before intervention from 36.7% to 21.6%.Unqualified rate of prescriptions greatly decreased from 23.3% to 5.7% after intervention. Conclusion By intervention measure of prescriptions commenting,rational usage of antibacterial agents is greatly improved.关键词
