摘要
Abstract
Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a specific cardiomyopathy which ruled out myocardial injury caused by hypertensive heart diease,coronary heart disease,and other cardiac lesions.The main manifestations are ventricular re-modeling and cardiac dysfunction,and is closely related to the apoptosis of myocardial cells.In the process of cell apop-tosis,Fas/FasL is one of the most important apoptosis signaling pathways, mainly of Fas/FasL membrane receptor path-way effect in process of apoptosis and plays an important role in the formation process of diabetes, so as to impact the DCM. This paper described the role of Fas/FasL in the pathophysiology of DCM and the outlook for the future treatment of DCM.关键词
